You shouldn't need to do anything special to get u:entrancepages and
u:exitpages.

We are currently using the UTM method and the values are populated in
the Urchin web app. Its just not in our data map.

One more thing to add is that the values are populated in the Urchin
web base reporting interface. We are only getting zeros from the
custom data maps for those fields.
