Stats interrupted since oct 14th

I cannot consult my stats... not updated since 11 days. What happens ????

Is your urchin scheduler process running?

Check your history reports. Do you have any in the past 11 days? Do they reveal any processing errors?

Hello, did you understand what happened with the stats? Our stats were blocked since beginning of October. Now we have those for November, but seems impossible to get the October ones...
