Is there any way to get a report on pageviews (and/or visits) over say
a month reported by time of day?

Hi John,

There is no way to report Urchin metrics in hourly buckets out-of-the-
box, but the data is available via the log files to report hourly
stats. It would require some custom programming.

Unfortunately, View By: Hourly isn't available on all reports. For example, the Top Content report (which lets me filter by paths) doesn't let me view data by Hourly.
