URL to Urchin reports

Hello Urchin Experts -
We've Urchin installed on our Web servers and I've no knowledge of
this tool.

Now this is what I'm required to do - Have Urchin available on a URL
so that it can be accessed over a web browser. I see that Urchin runs
on the localhost - in fact localhost:9999, and we have multiple
website running on this server. When I try server i.p.:9999, it
doesn't work, I tried a different port for Urchin and it still doesn't
work.

So this is my question - How do I get a URL to the Urchin reports
installed on my server.
