Bounce vs. Exit Rate

I have a 77% Bounce Rate on one particular page and an Exit Rate of
16% on that same page. I am not fully understanding this one...any
help?

Bounce Rate and Exit Rate pretty much have nothing to do with each
other. Exit Rate, at the pageview level, is the number of exits for a
page divided by the number of pageviews for that page. Bounce Rate, on
the other hand, is the number of single page visits for a page divided
by the number of times that page was the landing page for a visit. See
