URL parameters changed to readable text...

We are stuck on Urchin 5 because our client doesn't want to upgrade
it, but I'm hoping that there's a solution to this.
Every month, we run our reports, and one ends up looking like this:

From the "Page Query Terms", I'll get a list of:
document.asp?documentID=45

I export this list as a Word document and then run a macro to change
the 45 to "product name" or whatever it's called and I'm wondering if
Urchin can't just do this itself?
