has anyone found or has the notes on what the difference between production-side and consumption-side theories of gentrification?

The production side i think has to do with the rent gap and how they rebuild the neighborhoods but I'm not sure for the consumption side. I'm assuming it has to do with new stores being build due to the influx of middle class people moving in and so people began buying. I looked in the notes but I didn't see anything on it and I read the article

I read all the notes & the article like 10 times it doesn't say it in there. What Laura said is basically the answer though

Thanks Laura, I read the article and reviewed the notes, yet nothing stood out with the exact terminology...i was thinking along the same lines as you.
