hi professor, in the second question about gentrification, part A asked to explain 'rent gap' and 'production side vs. consumption side' theories using Neil Smith's article "Which New Urbanism?"i just read over the article twice. while it is very interesting and coherent, there is no mention of any of these theories anywhere. is it possible that these theories are discussed by another author elsewhere?secondly, what time is the test scheduled on wednesday? is it during our normal class time? i have two other tests on wednesday and i just want to make sure that they are not conflicting with each other.please respond as soon as possible and thank you for your help, jordon k.
