Asslam U Alaikum All

ISF is requesting now for us to deliver these chairs this weekend if possible as they are holding some function this weekend and could use chairs. So we are planning on providing them chairs this weekend. The donation collected until now can be found below. Any help in collection of remainder amount will be appreciated (It is my fault that I had told people to with hold checks initially until we are all organized and now I find my self in position where perhaps I would have to go door to door for check collection).

Ramadan is coming IA and ISF has decided to keep sponsored iftars this Ramadan too. As I am sure everybody had noticed masjid was short of chairs and tables last Ramadan and this shortage will exist this Ramadan too unless considerable chairs and tables are purchased. 

I would like to float the idea that Urbanites pitch in and provide 100 sturdy plastic chairs (Costco -$20 each plus tax). I would like to have at least 20 families so it is $103 each. This will give opportunity to everyone to participate. Please let me know your thoughts.

Having more families allow us to keep the amount low for all and keep it manageable  for all of us.

What do you all think??

See the folding chair for ISF procurement status and fund collected so far.

We are waiting for ISF to complete storage shed so the donated chairs can be stored after delivery. We will deliver the chairs at the beginning of Ramadan even if this shed is not completed.
