Sunday Garden work Party - 3pm to 5pm (12/14)

Please come out for a fun garden work party tomorrow,  starting 3pm.   We'll have gloves, pruners, loppers, rakes and laughter available.  

Come for as little as 20min or two hours.  We need to clear vegetation in several areas on both properties,  so we hope to have these work party's more often.

Carol and I will be in courtyard today at 3pm to prune and clear vegetation.   Stop by in you would like to get dirty or let us know if you want to join the next garden work party.

Thank you Carol, Aaron Nani and Becca Lee.  In 90min we cleared overgrown vegetation in and around the garden plot nearest back lobby entrance and also gave the pomegranate and bougainvillea near front gate a good trim.  Bougainvillea branches got chopped up and placed in black bin due to thorns (County has asked we not place thorny material in green bins).  Most of the other branches were chopped and placed in lower area for compost use.

We hope to schedule another 1 to 2 hour work party in 2 or 3 weeks.
