This notice is to inform you that on Friday August 29th @ 10am, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM the water in the units of Bimini Arms (117) AND Bimini Terraces will be temporarily turned off to perform maintenance. During this scheduled time, you will be unable to access any water services, including, but not limited to: sinks, toilets and showers. 

We need to replace some worn out spigots, and all outdoor spigots will be replaced with ones that have handles. There will also be locking covers added to the handles of the spigots in front of Bimini Terraces which will have a combination lock with the code 0117. Please contact me directly if you have any questions.

It is encouraged that you plan accordingly for this, please let us know if you need assistance or if we need to delay the shutoff as we may be able to accommodate your request.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding. We are slowly updating every system in the building so that eventually shut offs such as this will not occur as frequently.

The code for the front of the Terraces is 117 and there is a funky key for the other lock - the key is in the office. They will be replaced soon.
