The management committee needs to fill our landscape position (Emma is transitioning out of this job) and garden committee would like to gather folks to discuss the hiring of a new landscape person and will discuss a few agenda items. More items maybe added to the agenda once mtg is scheduled. Please let Carol or respond to this email if you would like to address any of the items below. Carol and others will send out date and time of this meeting.
Agenda items so far.
1. Review landscape job description, add or eliminate current job duties. Help revise job description so it is clear and structured, where needed.
2. Walk grounds and identify vegetation that is creating un necessary landscape work and recommend this list to the community for either removal of vegetation or assign community stewards to care for plants or areas.
