We are looking for one or two co-owners to join the C’ville Foodscapes Crew!  C’ville Foodscapes is a worker-owned cooperative business that designs, installs, and maintains food producing gardens in and around Charlottesville, Virginia.

We are looking for someone who has significant gardening and food growing experience; certifications in this or a related field are a plus.  Great time management skills and the ability to work well both in our collective and with clients are also important.  Additionally, applicants should be willing and able to take on a variety of tasks outdoors, in an office, and in the community.

A one year commitment is required, and approximately 20 hours/week during the busy season (February-October). You will be expected to attend weekly business meetings during those months, as well as intermittent committee and HR meetings.  Members rotate meeting responsibilities:  facilitating and note-taking.  Day to day tasks may include: doing initial consultations, garden installation and maintenance, basic record keeping and paper work, customer correspondence, attending events, marketing, and web development.
