I'm re-initiating a conversation about creating cooperative/collective/

communal housing in C'ville.  Here's a brief run-down of what I'm interested in:

A shared living situation that is:

Socially satisfying
Economically beneficial
Ecologically sustainable
Collectively owned and makes decisions by consensus

Also important to me are:

That it be a haven for artists, activists, and community-builders,
a social hub for the larger alternative culture of C'ville,
a hub for social and political activism in C'ville,
and an experiment in urban homesteading.
