Reimbursement of expenditure for Kollam And Mangalore Site Visit

Respected Sir,

This is regarding the reimbursement of money for Kollam and mangalore site visits during 3rd semester of our Urban Design program. Please find attached the expenditure details attached with email as sent earlier. 

Also we would like to mention that Kollam group had received Rs.20,000 (twenty thousand) cash during their site visit 2 from Manoj Kini out of which Rs.4000(four thousand) were paid as accommodation charges during site visit 2 in kollam and the remaining balance Rs.16000(sixteen thousand) is with the Kollam Group representative.
