Dear Priyanka

1. Mid review is on - 15th June 2013 - submissions through email

2. Draft stage review - 4th July 2013 -  9.0am

3. Final Jury - 11th July 2013 - 9.0am - In case your work is not acceptable and needs further work you will be required to be here to complete the same.

4. After 12th you need to fill up the completion certificate getting signatures from various incharges in a weeks time - provided you have completed all your submissions and your grading is complete and you do not have any pending dues with administration/hostel/canteen/lab/store etc.

I had referred for 1st july was for your thesis publication work - if you done some work on that and already submitted then you may not require to come on 1st july - pls check with Prof Jaypdeep for this.

Students who have not submitted the revised proposal are not entitled for the course credits

Pls inform all accordingly

The dates for draft stage discussion is 4th july as per schedule but you also mentioned once that we might have to come on 1st of july. Sir just wanted to confirm the dates so that we can book our tickets.

Also can we book our return tickets to our home town by 12th july or there would be some other school formalities like No Due certificate which might take time after that?

3 Tejas - ltr of confirmation not received
