Hey Laddies,

One of my jobs is to create job descriptions for you two. I was hoping that we could either do a brief phone interview again or that I could have the chance to speak with you for just a few minutes after our presentation on Wednesday.

I can do a phone call. I won't be able to stay after the presentations.

I can do a phone call anytime this week in the evenings at about 6pm.

Here are my questions about the job descriptions I will be creating for you. Please let me know if you have any questions or need more guidance. Thanks!


One of the things I am supposed to do for the two of you is create job descriptions. In order to do this I need you to tell me how you plan on splitting up your work.

 

For example, is someone going to be doing more sewing than the other? Who will be in charge of managing the website. Who will be doing the customer service component? Who will be the event coordinator?

One suggestion that I would make is that Rusne take charge of the events, as we are planning on taking advantage of the fact that she is still a PSU student, and can therefore create PSU events more easily.

 

Finally, I would like you guys to each pick a job title. I am not sure if you both want to be CEO’s/Presidents or if you would like to give yourselves simple titles.

 

If you could give me a report on this sometime before Tuesday it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

So here is the break down of who does what for the company.

Ru--events, designs/sewing, website, advertising, PR, customer service, buying/getting donations, finding alliances.

Nicole--accounting, designs/sewing, customer service, events, buying/getting donations, logistics of locking in alliances.

Most things are going to be 50/50 between us, except for Ru will take on more of the creativity side, while I will take more of the business side.

As for job titles, Co-Owners or CEOs is fine with both of us.
