One of the things I am supposed to do for the two of you is create job descriptions. In order to do this I need you to tell me how you plan on splitting up your work.
For example, is someone going to be doing more sewing than the other? Who will be in charge of managing the website. Who will be doing the customer service component? Who will be the event coordinator?
One suggestion that I would make is that Rusne take charge of the events, as we are planning on taking advantage of the fact that she is still a PSU student, and can therefore create PSU events more easily.
Finally, I would like you guys to each pick a job title. I am not sure if you both want to be CEO’s/Presidents or if you would like to give yourselves simple titles.
If you could give me a report on this sometime before Tuesday it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
