Here at last is a Point of View document on "Smart Cities and the Quality of Life". It is based on our discussions at the meeting held by the Urban Systems Collaborative at Imperial college, London in September 2013. I apologise for the long delay in getting this prepared, but I hope you will find a rich set of thoughts in here for further development.
