Hello!
As friends of NNIP, we want to you be the first to hear about our new Call for Proposals for the Local Data for Equitable Communities grant program, a collaboration between the Urban Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation that will grant 30 nonprofits $50,000 each to use data to improve local conditions and help residents live their healthiest lives. Urban’s experience with NNIP has inspired and informed the development of this grant program.
We would appreciate it if you could help promote this opportunity among your network and other related connections by reposting our social media – Linked In, Bluesky, and X. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
The Call for Proposals launches February 4 and a webinar for interested applicants will be held on February 18 with a deadline to apply by March 18. Learn more at https://localdataforequitablecommunities.org.
The team seeks proposals related to improving housing, transportation, community safety, climate and environment, the built environment, and other conditions so people will have a fair and just opportunity to reach their best health and wellbeing.
Best,
Kathy
