UNA tool not loading up in ArcGIS 10.0

Hi, 

I have downloaded the UNA tool and have installed ArcGIS10.0 all service packs but sill it is not working. When I add the tool into the tool box I got nothing. I have attached the picture for better clarification.

Hi, Adeel,

Though using UNA not much, I know the newer UNA tool (which I believe after 2012-09) works for Arcgis 10.1/2 only. You have either to update your Arcgis or use old versions UNA.
