Centrality computations for edges and junctions

Greetings to all of you!

I am trying to run the centrality computations on the streets (edges) using the street junctions as input points. The results for the junctions show no problems but whether I am trying to perform a joint for the edges it does not make any sense. The colors seem to be random and part of the network disappears. The image enclosed shows both problems. What could be the reason for this happening?
