Hi,
I am using ArcMap 10.3 for Desktop and I downloaded the UNA Toolbox, added it to ArcToolbox and saved it to Default. I am trying to compute the betweeness and closeness centrality for tax agencies (points) located in different counties in China. A polyline shapefile representing the outline of the counties is my network dataset file. When I click on Arc Toolbox --> Urban Network Analysis Tools--> Centrality --> Centrality, the Centrality box open, but when I choose my points feature in the Input Buildings drop down box, the Building ID Field and Search Radius field show an error (Error -1) that says: Attribute datatype should be integer, even though the Building ID Field I have specified is the RowID and is already an integer. I also tried going back to my XY table, adding a new field for type Short Integer, and then creating a points Layer based on that table, and I still keep getting this error. When I try to leave the Building ID Field and the Search Radius Field blank, and 'Length' as my Impedence Attribute, another error displays: "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one of already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel."
I'm not sure what's going on, since I followed all the instructions when downloading and adding the Toolbox. Please help!
Thanks,
Neha
