The local board had no choice but to accept this bid for change -- it
to fifteen years to move from the recommendation for a small baseball
stadium generally agreed to by all after three years of study (amidst
Trump's distraction at the time) to finance the damn thing. It worked
out fairly well -- except for the madness of the auto users... That
problem was worked out too except no one believed in Bullard.
