iwant to know if it would make sense to make a shadowhunter themed zandalari necrolord shaman, (npcs in throne of thunder had shadowhunters use maces and axes, more themed to shamans then a darkspear shadowhunter who uses glaives and swords)

and finally there was one speculation that stalkers walking around zandalari where suppose to be shadowhunters. anyone know what the current lore is on this? since wow retcons a lot its hard to keep track

i think im going to go with my shaman being just a high shaman for the queen, but after she made everyone worship bwonsambi he turned to the old ways of shadowhunters since he wanted to adventure outside with the horde.

one idea floating around is to have a copied version of the class on alliance but renamed. so horde would get zandalari and darkspear shadowhunters and alliance would get something like wardens for night elfs and worgen

Interestingly enough, if you hang around the vendor area of the Zocalo and follow the Stalker that patrols there, they do a little emote where they inspect some goods. In the emote, their name still comes up as Shadow Hunter [name].

As for Zandalari Demoniacs, I think Blizzard was appealing to their puritanical nature when they decided not to include them. Somewhat similar as to why they have Paladins, possibly to balance between the class options to differentiate the Darkspear from the Zandalari in some small way in what they can do.

of course this is the ultimate dream of mine as well. i gotta stick to hunters and shamans in the meantime. Hopefully in the future we get swords or glaives to use so we can fit the aesthetic better, with troll heritage armor almost certainly being a shadowhunter set we can hope they start adding heritage weapons that every class can use. Would be nice to have a single glaive weapon as a hunter or shaman
