The Compensation Designer allows the design of different styles of compensators (ex: PID, 2p2z, 3p3z) to achieve the desired closed loop performance. You should be able to port the F2803x version of the solution to the F2833x. Keep in mind the need to update the project include paths and device support related files in the project (e.g. targetConfigs, linker command files, bitfield files, codestartbranch, etc.). Do take note that there is no method in place to update the powerSUITE portion of the project. What this will mean is that the different pin options configured may not be suitable for the new device.
