This was extremely hard to find when I actually needed it, but now I don't
have a laptop I can't use it anymore.

It's an 16 bit PCMCIA IBM "Audio Adapter"
Part # 87G9553

Suitable for any laptops which don't have built-in soundcards.
It has a headphone/speaker socket, line-in and a built-in mic.
Drivers for DOS, OS/2, Windows 3.11 and 95.
You may be able to find additional drivers on the internet somewhere.
