Hi All,

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I am reaching out because we are looking to rent our house while we are away for 6 months. Ideally we would love to find a tenant who could move in when we leave which is Dec. 18th. We will be back by the end of July. The price for the rent is negotiable. We will be paying for the water, utilities and internet; the tenant will need to pay for their electricity.
