Anyone have any suggestions on a good food dehydrator to purchase? I
may do apples, tomatos, and who knows what else. Thanks!

We have an Excalibur (http://www.excaliburdehydrator.com/). It's amazing-
it will dehydrate anything from fruits, vegetables, even jerky! They are
used by a lot of the raw foodists because you can make breads.
