That sounds like something we can do for you.
Perhaps we could try a rough schedule of 15 min for introductions and sharing, 15 min for the meeting and then rest for the speaker (20-30 minutes). We might have to find a way to streamline the meeting to keep in to 15 on most days (except maybe when we elect new officers).
Maybe we setup topics here to let us discuss some items off-line and take up meeting time for those discussions?
