Dear Upstate Locavores,
We hope you can join us for the Local Foods Spring Potluck, next Thursday, April 28th at 5:30 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship on Pendleton Road in Clemson.
Please bring a dish to share that contains at least one locally grown or produced ingredient. Please bring your own silver, plate and cup if possible. The meal will be followed by announcements about local food availability and resources.
This year, the theme for our potlucks is "Promoting a Sustainable, Local Food Supply", and our guest will be Shawn Jadrnicek, Clemson University Student Organic Farm Manager. We will also learn more about the new City of Clemson Farmers Market, located at Patrick Square.
