Hello Upstate Locavores!
Join others who are interested in a sustainable, local food supply for a SPRING LOCAL FOODS POTLUCK onThursday, May 9th at 6 p.m. at the Clemson United Methodist Church on Frontage Road. The topic for after dinner discussion will be "Local Sustainable Land Use" focusing on protecting our farmlands. Bring a dish to share that is made with at least one locally made or produced ingredient. Also, please bring your own dishes, silver and beverage if possible. The potluck is sponsored by CAFE, Tri-County Transition, Green Congregations, and the Upstate Locavores. For more information contact Ellie Taylor at elp...@bellsouth.net.
