Project upspin-containers has been deleted.

I had an issue with my GCP instance, which I originally created with the UpspinUI in August of 2023.  It was unresponsive so I rebooted it.  The Upspin service was still unavailable so I ssh'd in and checked the logs with "systemctl status upspinserver.service" and saw:

so I ran that manually and got:
