Please update your upspinserver-gcp binaries

Hi Upspin users,

We just rolled out a new version of upspinserver-gcp. The new version uses more recent versions of the Google Cloud and LetsEncrypt libraries that will accommodate some upcoming API deprecations for those services.

The relevant API changes:

  https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/end-of-life-plan-for-acmev1/88430

Please update your upspinserver-gcp binaries to avoid breakage as these deprecations take effect.

If you used upspin-ui to deploy your upspinserver to Google Cloud. you can update it by simply restarting the VM.
