Please tell me best civil service institute in chennai. Can we study through self study using library or we can go to coaching institute. Please advise.

1.) Shankar IAS Academy (first cum first serve basis)

2.) Manidha Neyam (entrance exam to be taken)

3.) Indian IAS Academy

etc

Self study seems to be a very plausible, lot of institutes seem to be best used for interview training etc.

We can talk more about it.
