Most significant changes:

- Included 'setup.py' script using 'distutils'

- Function 'create' now offers a first user name suggestion.

- Integrated module 'goofs' to access GAE features using
filesystem operations (http://code.google.com/p/goofs)

- Added function 'mountfs' and 'umountfs' to mount/umount Google
services for an account as a user space filesystem.

- Updated function 'report' to take advantage of the new paging
feature of the Reporting API. I had to patch 'reporting.py' to
incorporate paging as documented in

http://code.google.com/apis/apps/reporting/google_apps_reporting_api.html#Accounts_Report

- Error handling when modules goofs, fuse are missing.

- Better detection of "End-Of-Report" tag
