Adding support for 'goofs'

I found this interesting project called 'goofs' which gives access to
all Google services under the paradigm of a file system. It requires
the module python-fuse:

I started integrating this module to UPR-GAE console. Until now I
have only coded basic functions for the mounting and umounting of this
fuse-based file system. The 0.7 final release should manage this
subsystem better. You can download the latest UPR-GAE bleeding-edge
source from SVN:
