Park cleanup day Saturday, October 13 10:00-12:00 to prepare for Dogtoberfest.

 

Dogtoberfest is coming October 20, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.  There will be a raffle, silent auction, treats for dogs and people, dog costume contest and lots of other dog activities.  This will be a fundraiser for tree reforestation.  Trees desperately need trimming, dead and dying trees need replacement and we need plants on the hills to control erosion.

 

The park is expected to be closed from approximately January 17-August 18, 2013.  The park will be regraded, the soil augmented and reseeded, a new sprinkler system installed and drainage improved.
