UPM v/s Makana Municipality and the Premier

As we are all aware that the Premier and Makana Municipality has gone to the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein. We are certain that the looters and scoundrels will lose again. They have failed, period.

We have now instructed our lawyers to prepare and launch Sections 18 of the Superior Courts Act. We are certain of victory.

We request those who are on the side of justice to contribute a minimum of R300. The expenses for this case has just gone over a million rand. Both the premier and makana municipality are using our money to keep the rot, to keep us in chains.
