SUMMARY 

The Alumni Success  Coordinator will work with the Director of Alumni Success on a comprehensive support program for our alumni as they matriculate to universities across the country. This individual will use persistence and retention best practices to create a system of structure and support for our alumni as they matriculate and persist at local 2 and 4 year institutions in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex as well as universities across the United States. They will work closely with our Director of Alumni Success to create programs and curriculum that support our alumni throughout their college and university journey and into their initial career calling.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years experience working in a high functioning, fast-paced organization
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• A belief that all students can succeed in college and life
