Position Purpose
Assist with credit union’s human resource, training, marketing, and local good efforts.
Essential Duties
· Provide administrative support for HR, Training, and Marketing.
· Represent the credit union at community or charity events (Local Good).
· Support new branch opening by greeting and directing members.
· Help with employee appreciation events.
· Review the credit union’s social media and website; provide ideas, critiques, etc.
· Assist Training with intranet cleanup and layout.
· Help with record retention throughout the credit union.
Competencies
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Must be enrolled in a college program; business major preferred.
· Background in banking is a plus; tech savviness is required.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; proficiency with Excel preferred.
· Strong business acumen; able to build relationships, share knowledge, embrace new tasks each day, and thrive with changing priorities.
· Superior time management, attention to detail, and follow-up skills are a must.
· Patience, tact, and the ability to build rapport throughout the organization; high emotional intelligence and the art of persuasion very helpful.
