Description
Opportunity College is looking to boost its recruitment efforts by creating a “Campus Recruiter” role. The timeline for this part time position is June 14 - August 20, 2021. We are seeking a high performing alumnus/a or staff member who is passionate about student success and career-connected learning experiences. As the lead point of contact for your high school, you would lead recruitment efforts for Opportunity College’s next pilot program, which will prepare young adults to launch careers in IT Support /Help Desk. For our cohort launching August 20th, we aim to enroll a cohort of 40 students total.
Compensation:
● A $500 stipend will be paid upfront to each campus recruiter on June 14th
● Additional stipends will be paid on September 1st, proportional to number of admitted
students:
○ 10+ students enrolled: $500
○ 5-9 students enrolled: $350
○ 1-4 students enrolled: $200
○ 0 students enrolled: $0
