To be successful in the role you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with at least 6 months of experience (HR related internship experience acceptable) preferably in the employee relations area
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
• Ability to work effectively in a high volume and fast-paced environment
• Desire to partner with a high-performing and collaborative HR team
• Passionate about employees relations and investigations
