Job Description

We’re seeking individuals who are personable and naturally friendly, detail-oriented, bright and inquisitive, and excellent communicators. You will work in a fast-paced environment and utilize your skills to provide a consistent, exceptional customer service experience. 

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. Our customers can reach us at the call center 7am-8pm Monday through Friday and 8am-2pm on Saturday Central Time.  

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service position
