Job Description

Belo + Company is looking for a highly motivated Jr. Paid Search Specialist to join a fast-growing media team and agency. This person will report to the Paid Media Manager, and work in tandem with the Sr. Paid Search Lead on one of the agency’s largest pieces of business on our Enterprise team.

Job Requirements

• 2+ year(s) experience in an ad agency environment
• 2+ year(s) experience managing accounts directly in Google Ads + Microsoft Ads
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously, with budgets ranging anywhere from $1K-$10K/month at minimum
• Google Ads Certification
• Active use experience of Google Analytics fundamentals (properties, goals, events, GTM, attribution models)
• Moderately experienced using Microsoft Excel for building and analyzing (v look ups, pivot tables/charts)
• Google Ads Editor experience, specifically to achieve bulk update tasks
