I. Sponsorship
Atha: update with Menlu
Mike: update with Oentoeng Suria
update with SSEK (cc: Win Irham)
- Furnish the sponsorship girls with the proposals.
- September 18: latest deadline whether or not the targeted sponsors would accept/reject the proposal
- Confirm media partners status: Lippo Group
II. Slideshow
- Add up Role of ILMCC (Synchronize with Atha's slideshow)
- Add up overview of the case; Prosecutor and President Snow and about IHL
- Add up pictures to the sponsor packages.
- Touch up the slides, make sure everything is proportional, good looking and ready to go. Synchronize with presentation for schools. (PIC: Atha)
- Revision: applicant = change into prosecutor
III. Participant
- Make standard operation procedure for presentations to schools (telp; presentasi or not; berapa banyak students yang hadir; script)
- Buat pelatihan presentasi, date?
- Participants' packages to be distributed on: Friday, July 27, 2012
- Print out labels for the packages and deliver them to SSEK; put bookmarks into the packages (PIC: Wynne, Mike)
