More sizes of Adsense under Monetize Feed?

Google AdSense usually offers about 10 different ad sizes and formats,
such as Leaderboard, Banner, Half Banner, Button, Skyscraper, Small
Rectangle, Vertical Banner, etc.
Why does Feedburner Monetize only offer 2 choices?
One of the 2 choices is too wide for my blog layout. It is 468 pixels
wide, my blog theme went up to 450 wide so it breaks. Thus I can only
select 1 choice for Adsense in my FeedFlare.
I have selected the 320x250.... but I would like to get the other
choices, particularly 234x60 and 200x200.
When do you plan to ad more choices for adsense sizes?
