Illegal request headers sent by FeedBurner/1.0

Hello,
FeedBurner/1.0 sends an illegal Accept header:
> Accept: text/html, image/gif, image/jpeg, *; q=.2, */*; q=.2
The ".2" here should have been "0.2". See the HTTP spec at
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec3.html#sec3.9
Besides that I was wondering why FeedBurner/1.0 sends an "Accept-
Encoding" header with "gzip" and not with "gzip, identity".
