Recovering Feedburner Feed Access

I have gone through all the recovery steps with no results. Here is the Feedburner feed I am working with: it is for the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC, where I work:

Feed burner feed (still live, but we can't get to it): http://feeds.feedburner.com/RosicrucianiTunes

Another with the same problem: http://feeds.feedburner.com/rosicrucianpodcast

I am posting this to see if there have been any updates, and also in the hope that, as the very good Customer Service person at Google told me: "Googlers sometimes look at these Forums and contact you."
