What ping host does the feedburner ping shot support? i can't find
information at all....

The ping sites are:
http://ping.feedburner.com/
and http://ping.feedburner.google.com/
Use RSS feed based ping shot services (Through WordPress and Other
Blog writing services) as it's not web based (HTTP method GET is not
supported by this URL Error 405 for both of them!)
