Hi,
Good Technology does enterprise security in the mobile device space and we are growing rapidly. We are based in Redwood City, but will be moving down to Sunnyvale by the end 2011. If you want an internal referral, please follow these directions. If you do not, I will not send your resume to the recruiter. Please read through the entire email. Thanks.
1. Look at the job postings at http://www.good.com/
2. Read over the job posting and see if you meet the requirements and the experience level. (Please do not apply for a lower level job "just want to get in" but your resume reflects a lot more experience or is in a completely different area.)
3. When you find the job you want, please tailor a cover letter (in word) and a tailored resume (in word) for the position.
4. Then send me an email to jhsu (at) good (dot) com with the following subject line:
CAN referral: <job title>, <job code number>, <your name>
(This is very important; I get a lot of emails for work, so I need to be able to find your email quickly. Make it easy for me to help you.)
Attach your tailored cover letter and tailored resume for the job.
(Please do not send me your resume and say, "Hey I'm interested in your company. Please let me know what jobs you think I'm suitable for." I am here as a potential job referral only; you need to do your homework.)
5. At the same time, go online and apply. You must do this so your resume will be in the system. When it asks for a referral, you can say "via employee, Jeanne Hsu".
In your email in step 4, please let me know that you have applied online.
6. I will look over your tailored cover letter, resume and review it briefly. If you have followed all the instructions above, I will send it to the in-house recruiter. Good luck!
